Oral Presentation Guidelines
1. Duration
- Oral abstract presentation time is 15 minutes, we would advise you to prepare your presentation slides for 12 minutes, Q&A 3 minutes.

- Oral abstract presentation time is 12 minutes, we would advise you to prepare your presentation slides for 8 minutes, Q&A 3 minutes.

2. The presentation must be in English.

E-Poster Presentation Guidelines

  • 1. Please make sure to fill in details for the Header, ie: Title, Authors, Institution.
  • 2. Please underline the presenting author
  • 3. Each poster must fit into ONE page only.
  • 4. The orientation of the e-Poster must be Portrait
  • 5. Text Size must be readable from at least 1 metre away (minimum font size 16pt)
  • 6. Suggested resolution 1920 x 1080 with 300 DPI
  • 7. The headings of the presentation should conform to the structure of the abstract.
  • 8. Pictures, graphs and tables can be included in the e-Poster.
  • 9. Videos and music cannot be included in the e-Poster.
  • 10. Incomplete / non-compliant posters will not be accepted.
  • 11. To produce your e-Poster, save your file as PDF format. We recommend that you choose Minimum Size for the PDF save option to ensure you do not exceed our maximum file size limit of 2mb.

E-Poster Exhibition Schedule

  • The presenting author of an accepted abstract have to pre-register by June 30, 2019
  •   Please register at https://www.sis-ap.org
  •     * If do not pre-register by Jun 30 2019 the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
